Hello everyone.  I have been posting here and there, but have not really said hi to everyone yet.  As the title says, I live in Walnut Creek, CA and love smoking foods.

I am in the middle of a 60 gallon air compressor reverse flow build and want to start a BBQ team for fun.  I have begun making my own rubs and sauces and am having a ton of fun with it.

Thanks for everyone who contributes their knowledge to this site, I am learing a lot and enjoying myself.  I hope to get to know some of you more.

Hey, Neighbor!  I'm just down the road in Dublin.  I might have to come up and inspect your work one of these days.  Of course, I would be bearing smoked samples for the occasion!

Thanks for all of the warm welcome posts!

I am looking forward to posting some Q-View.  I just rounded up some more material for the smoker and should have it on legs soon and wheels.  This is definitely going to be a sweet patio rig.

adiochiro3-Sounds good.  I will probably start a post soon too about the smoker I am putting together.  I only have an El Cheapo Brinkman right now so the new rig will be a great improvement.

Don't be shy about the ECB -- I've turned out some fantastic eats out of mine!  I'm about to start a UDS build (the wife is unaware of these plans

), so looks like we'll be building concurrently.
