Sorry no Quick Views the Camera is not working.

After doing a few fatties well camping last weekend I got home and got the itch.

So went to work on four fatties tonight

Fatty #1

Pizza Fatty

2 lbs. Mild Italian Sausage

Pizza Sauce

Mozzarella Cheese

Peperoni

Bacon Weave

Fatty #2

Pork Fatty

2 lbs. Maple Jimmy Dean Sausage

Left Over pork for whole hog BBQ

BBQ Sauce

Bacon Weave

Fatty #3

Breakfast Fatty

2 lbs. Sage Jimmy Dean Sausage

Potatoes onions and Bell pepper

Scrambles Eggs

Cheese

Bacon Weave

Fatty #4 Wife's Request

Hot Wing Fatty

2 lbs Ground Chicken

1/4 Bottle Franks Hot Sauce Buffalo Flavor

8 oz Blue Cheese

Caramelized onion and Mushrooms

Bacon Weave

All on the smoker at 220 degrees with a TBS going from home made Smoke generator

Will post some pics if I can get my camera working

Going to be a late night and getting up early to go fishing Life is GREAT

Now they sound good but............

I know you are fairly new so you can still redeam yourself. If you already smoked them then draw us some pictures or something.......

Just kidding but we do like Qview.

well three of the four turned out great.

The chicken one has a horrible texture NO MORE GROUND CHICKEN ever.
I will try ground turkey next time and more hot sauce

Even those this did not happen it tasted great :P

I did a Chicken cordon bleu a little while back with ground chicken, turned out real nice.  I did doctor up the chicken with some BBQ sauce, granulated garlic, olive oil and about a half handful of panko brad crumbs.  For next time I'm going to try adding more ham and swiss.

Here is a picture of the finished four fatties. The one on top is the bbq pork the one below is the breakfast the one int he middle is the pizza and the flat one is the chicken
