We were at Sams a few weeks ago and saw some Beef short ribs and as I had seen a show or a thread with them in the last few weeks had to have some.
When I opened them up I found they were cut the rib bones not along like Pork... BOOO??
Well we went ahead and rubbed them and got ready to Smoke them. As the wind Has been bad here i went for the grill to indirect cook them. Also talked the wife into some ABTs as our first attempt we went on the safe side and got Anaheim and Jalapeno. whipped up some cream cheese and 3 cheese and spices.
All turned out great as we loved the ABT, the beef ribs had great flavor and were all gone by the end of the meal.
