Well I have been lurking for a while now and realized I had not checked in to say hello So here I am. I have been grilling for years and started smoking about a year ago. It is addicting. As you can see I am from the deep south where it is hot and oily here right now.Today for fathers day I was given a MES 40 from Sam's club. Look forward to using it during the summertime due to the heat here. I will use my charcoal WSM during the winter. A Little reverse from most folks I guess. I have learned a lot from all of you and hope to contribute some meager smoking knowledge. Look forward to talking to you folks soon. Till then "Keep The Fires Burning".
