my daughters open house is saturday , taking the day off work to get my cooking done 

40 lbs of butt (mustard rubbed and  seasoned )

2 slabs  BB's  (grey poupon country dijion  with course ground mustard and seasoned) fridays dinner

also  cooking up some wicked baked beans check back  now and then for progress pics

 the day will be starting at 4:30 am 

wood of choice will be peach/hickory

Looks and sounds like your gonna have a great day around the smoker I hope that all goes just as planned. I'll look forward to more Qview later
 
Sounds like ya got a plan, just don't forget to sneak a bite or two in case its so good the guest eat it all before you get a plate.

her is a pic after 9hrs temps hit 165 so this is when i pulled and wrapped them in foil and back to the heat

Man that looks KILLER!!!!  Ive been out of town working for the last 2 months and am going through smoking withdraws.  Im am glad i can live vicariously through posts like this. NICE JOB!
