its the same as these here http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/forum/thread/93073/more-buffalo-chicken-sausage

and the pork i just used the rest of a leggs brand spicy italian premixed seasoning pack.

on the chicken i only follow thr directions as far as the spices but for the  hot sauce i been using saracha and rickeys premade wing sauce and as far as the chicken i use the biggest pack of boneless skinnles thighs i can get form sams then add about 2 lbs or more of boneless breasts and a lb or too of cheap bacon, its not any exact ratio just mix what feels right and its always been good to me and throw in about 6 tbls oats, i should make a wiki someday on these because they are good!!

I'm with Jennie, Rick, Jerry, and Scarbelly and say thats some mighty fine looking sausage you have made there. All I could wish is that I had an invite for dinner. Oh yea DON"T look at the Gator Game it's ugly at the moment.

The sausage looks great.  I am just hoping that scotch tape on the side did not have anything to do with anything.

Looks like the cell phone did the trick, looks good.

I know how it is, you start something with all intent on taking pictures then all of sudden it like oh crap, wheres the camera.

The wife is getting better at reminding me.  (deep down I thin she may be poking fun).

I am sure they will taste as god as they look.
