Well I got a hacker in for some pork chops and all I had was a bone in maybe 10-12 lbs So what the heck dinner is coming right up in about 4-5 hours then. So I made my little rub of old bay and brown sugar and some other specialties I found in the spice rack, Then I made some ABT's out japs and some Anaheim's too. Then mixed some cream cheese, blue cheese, green onions, some sweet peppers, and sharp cheddar cheese too, Then just a simple bacon wrap and off we went.

The ABT's and Anaheim's some stuffed and some wrapped.

All rubbed and awaiting the smoker now.

Fresh out of the cooler and ready for the knife and slicing of pure heaven.

This is some of the inner pieces that will be frozen for re-heating at a later date.

This is Missy she is awaiting some or at least she thinks.

The ABT's didn't make it past the table for they came off during dinner and it was all hands out for some ABT's and Anaheim abt's too.

This is my plate after I forgot to take the picture and started eating.

Looks like a great meal

Man, I'm glad lunchtime's in 7 minutes.

I'm wondering how that left over pork would taste cut up with gravy for some hot pork sandwiches .....

Now ya did it Mark----got my keys all slurped up again !

Gotta start keeping paper towels near the computer.

ALL looks GREAT!

Thanks you's guys for all the kind words. Now I smoke the whole thing so I can slice them and freeze for future dinners. When it I slice the chops they are about 2" thick so thay make quite a dinner. I just put them into a steamer pot to re-heat and they are sooooo good and the steamer brings out the smokey flavor. They are almost better the second go around.

That's a great looking meal Mark!  I like to cook a big batch of meat at one time too -- good to have those leftovers ready for when you can't cook.

Fantastic looking chops!

Great tima day Mark! That is making my mouth water! I especially love the look on your dog's face! Hehehe...I hope he/she got a piece or a bone or something! So, can you explain that steaming method in more detail, I've never heard of doing it like that, I usually just wrap in foil and poop in the oven.

Mballi, Dang man - that looks awesome! I've been looking for a bone in loin to do a crown roast... can't find them around here.

Was the back bone already pre-cut?  Never seen it sliced like that after cooked...

Great Job!
