Memorial Day brisket and baby backs with Q-View

Today was a LONG day, up before the sun to get the brisket going. It was all worth it when eleven folks sat down for dinner tonight.

Oh man it all looks so good! That brisket is killing me... I'm hungry!

That does look great, being a relative nooby to smoking I haven't tried a brisket yet, I am going to have to. I will have to do some studying up on the technique.

Yes I agree with both of theses guys here. You have to have some  for sure with thoses ribs and that brisket looks awesome too. Maybe I can't give you some points but it looks good almost as good as dinner.

I used my 38 inch Smoke Hollow propane smoker. It has been working quite well for me!
