I was wondering if anyone else uses one of these, and could give me some tips.  I smoked some meatballs tonight, and they came out really good, I was real lucky, lol.  I did it with out knowing the temp, no thermometer.  I have one but it was too big, and I remembered too lat about my Mav. ET-73.  It seemed to do alright, as far as I could tell, thought there seem to be alot of smoke to start with, and I was really suprized I didn't have a problem with it going out(It really needs a raised expanded metal charcoal basket).  Anyway I would be real greatful for any tips and advise.

Could really use some help here.  I  am going to be trying to smoke 4 slabs of spare ribs on a rib rack, and 2 roast, and a few fatties.  Have no Idea how I will get them all to fit?

I don't have one but I'll help you bump it back up.  In the meantime until someone comes by that can help you, try doing a search with GOSM. It brings up a bunch of threads and maybe one of them can give you some tips too.
