So I come across a recipe from the famous Neely's BBQ restaurant in Memphis ... and it calls for half pork spareribs and half BEEF spareribs.

Anyone ever seen or made beef spareribs (not beef short ribs)? Is it worth going all over town to find them.

Had Neely's a few weeks back, BTW, and their pork rocked my world.

If you can find good beef back ribs they are fantastic. I like the individual backed ribs though because most of the racks around here are lacking.

If you are really lucky you might find some long boned Short Ribs. You can grill or smoke these. Outstanding!!

Yes I'm with flash on this one I love any kind of beef ribs I can get my hands on. I do like the short ribs that I smoked the other week for my cousin's wedding. YummO Now for the Neely's if it is the ones from the food network I couldn't't walk into their restaurant unless I was dead and not kicking.
