Well we celebrated the Victoria Day Long Weekend over the last three days up here in Canada. This was our traditional weekend where many of our friends take our trailers out for the first time of the year and make sure nothing has broke over winter. Incelebration we made some last minute fatties.

They were all a mixture of store bought hot italian pork sausage meat and hot moose sausage meat combined to make the outer shell. They were all stuffed with diced bacon, chicken, thinly slicesd cervalet sausage, cheddar cheese and feta cheese. All the makings of a last minute, stores are closed, go-through-your-fridge fatty. Oh and upon special request from my 4 year old daughter, "Daddy, you need a bated popato (loosely translated to adult language, baked potato)."

A couple of hours taste testing my newest batch of Apple Pie Moonshine, followed by an incredible sleep on the floor of my trailer.

Followed by being the first one up to start cleaning up the caamp site before I'm off to work.

Looks like a good time and some good eats. Hope the weather got better but if not I'm sure the shine makes everything better

Those Fatties look terrific!!!!

I, too, celebrated the long weekend with a smoker full of Fatties.

Didn't get into any moonshine induced naps though!!!

Sorry your weather wasn't a little nicer.

We celebrated here in southern Ontario with very non traditional "beautiful weather".

I believe we even broke some record highs.
