This Thing Rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, So I fired up the new Lang 84 Deluxe this past weekend for her maiden voyage and let me tell you she performed well past any and all expectations I had. Ben Lang and his crew truly delivered an exceptional piece of equipment.

I lit my fire and with in 20 minutes had the chamber temps I wanted and was able to maintain those temps throughout the entire cook with minimal effort. I added 1 split about every 30-35 minutes.

As far as the even temp across the chamber, they were dead on when they said she would cook even. I never had more than a 5 degree temp difference from side to side. At one point for about 1 1/2 hours she held dead even side to side.

I am so impressed with this smoker that y'all will for sure be seeing tons more q-view from me.
