Baby Backs on a Snowy Sat w/Qview

Smoked some BB that I got for $2.69/lb. Coated with rub and did the 2-2-1 method. Used Hickory and Cherry Wood. Also made beans and chicken wings. A friend brought some Abalone.

Here they are getting rubbed.

About 2 hours in. Sorry for the bad cell picture.

Did you use both woods at the same time? (I haven't cooked with multiple woods yet)

Great looking ribs!! What have you got there with the wings and beans? Just snagged 4 racks of BB's at Fry's 1.97 a Lb. WOOHOO!!

The plate has beans ribs wings and abalone on it.
