hey y'all from Tn

Thread Starter
I've only been smoking for a couple of years now and only a few times a year. I have a Char-Griller with a side box and i rather enjoy it. I really want to learn more techniques and the most efficient way to use it. I drool everytime I see one of those big trailer rigs. I will be asking hundreds of questions and doing alot of searching. I'll probably ask a bunch of dumb questions as well but please bare with me.

Welcome howlnmad,

There is no dumb questions man, the only dumb thing would be the depression after cooking and not asking and having to throw something away.

Now if it isn't a good cook, what I do is have the neighbors try it. Let me tell ya, every time I have done this they always say OMG thats the best I have ever had. This happens to often for it to just be people being nice. It seems to me that most folks really don't know what good food is all about.

Hope you enjoy the site and make sure you have fun smokin.
