Isn't there a thread or Sticky somewhere discribing the different methods for smoking ribs in detail somewhere?

On the left hand side of the page are Jeff's How To Articles and there is one for the 3-2-1

Link must be bad, it just take me to brisksearch.com. Any other sugestions?

3-2-1 is for Spare Ribs
2-2-1 is for Baby Back Ribs

3-2-1 method is put the ribs in a 225 degree smoker for 3 hours after the 3 hours foil them tight and back in for 2 hours then take them back out of the foil and back into the smoker for 1 hour.

2-2-1 is the same method only change in the times

Many people will spritz/mop the ribs after the first 1-1.5 hours each 45 minutes - 1 hour. Many also add a little of the spritz/mop to the foil before sealing it. If you are going to baste with sauce many do that in the last hour

Thank you very much PW. That should work just fine. I wanted something I could print out for my Dad, he's planning on smoking some ribs for Memorial day.
Thank you.

I think Jeff will be getting the How To Articles links fixed I don't think he likes being hijacked

My bad.. looks like I forgot to pay the domain fee. For some reason they just turn the darn thing off if you don't pay for it.

I was about ready to box someone's ears till I realized that I was the culprit.
