"Cheese Balls"... QView

I originally found it here:

I cooked until 170ish - not much of an idea on inside the grill, as I'm awaiting two new thermometers to replace the stock one. I "think" it was about 240, but mine only took ~40-45min.

(no idea why this one turned out so "blurry", sorry)

They were goooood. biggrin.gif

I will be trying with various ground beef next time just to peek my curiosity.

I forgot, I did 6 "small" and 6 "large". I MUCH preferred the large ones - they had 2x the amount of cheese. I'd even go as much as using 2.5x the amount of cheese I used on the "small" ones.

VERY good stuff. And it can be a cheap meal/snack.

Yes they are really good we had them at the north Fla gathering and they are really good too. Thanks to Jeff (rio Grande) who made them and then laurel (sumosmoke) introduced them to us here in the site. The squeef balls are sooooo good too. You can just call it the bonus plan here for joining the this site the pure goodness that comes from all the good folks that hang out here and share some really good recipes.PDT_Armataz_01_34.gif
