I smoked some BB ribs over the weekend (yeah, I know -- no pics, didn't happen). icon_smile.gif

Anyway, I took some of the leftovers to work today, but forgot to put the rest of them back in the fridge. icon_redface.gif

They sat out on the counter all day -- should I toss them?

How many hours were they out?

Unfortunately yes.. I definitely would toss them. Such a shame but they are not worth getting sick over.

No doubt in my mind throw it out as Jeff said its not worth taking a chance

Oh yea if they were out for 9 hours you won't want to eat them. If was only for 2-4 hours you could maybe pull it off depending on the temps but 9 no way. Like Jeff said it's better to be safe than have someone get sick. I guess it just gives you another reason so smoke more PDT_Armataz_01_34.gif. But it does hurt the check book when you have to waste meat.

If you are asking the question you already know the answer. Sorry about that - guess you just need to cook some more....icon_redface.gif
