Hi guys i need some quick pointers on smoking some basic store bought italian sausage. I am smoking some ribs tomorrow for moms day and was thinking of throwing in some sauages but I have never done it before. So if anyone has any experience about how long would they take? Do you put anything on them (rubs, sauce etc.)? And most importantly how do they come out? thanks inadvance.
