hi, name's Tim and so far this has been a great forum. Lots of info and sharing of ideas and hardly any flaming. Excellent!!!!! anyway i have been grillin for years but just recently got into smoking. I have a sidebox smoker and just recently got the new ss MES with window. I love it. It is much more consistent than my other grill (too many air leaks). I have so far smoked a butt, some ribs, and a couple of fatties. mostly from recipes here, thanks. i'm from Humboldt, TN about halfway between Memphis and Nashville. Hello to everyone and it's great to be here!!!!!

We really like to have newbies here because they can bring in a new propective to how things are done. There's nothing like a new set of eyes to give and new way to make things that little differant to make things alittle better. So I hope you know about the Qview here.
