I'm new on the site (my wife found it). We love to cook (on the propane grill), but LOVE smoked food. Well, I found an old refrigerator (metal) and have gutted the animal. Now looking for a fire box for the side. Anyway, glad ya'll are on-line and I will use this site as a sounding board. I know all of you are much more advanced than I am in the smoking area.
