heres a couple pics of my first ribs
used a 3-1.5-1 method at 250
man were they delicious
wated to say thanks for the tutorial on st louis method

type of sauce

its my own made bbq sauce

heres the base
2 c ketchup
1 c brwn sugar packed
1/2 c apple cider vinegar
1/4 c chili powder
1/4 c lemon juice
1/4 c worcestershire
3 c water
honey about 1/4 cup
thats just a start

then i started adding to it

molasses
garlic powder
onion powder

bring to boil for about 3-5 min
reduce to simmer
for about 2 hrs depending how thick u like
have to taste to flavor
ive still havent perfected it to where its perfect
but my boy loves it
