Nice job on the wings, bmudd.

You mentioned that you brined these - can you share your brine recipe and how long? Haven't brined anything yet... mostly because I usually do thighs and like them just the way they are.

BBQ Engineer got me and the family on a wing kick.. so I'm guessing brining has made a big enough difference for you that it's worth it, so I might have to give that a try.
