First Whole Chicken

This is my first whole smoked chicken. I brined it overnight in salt and water then seasoned it with Italian seasoning and smoked at 285* until the IT reached 180*. It was very tasty and the skin was real crispy. I will do this again...Thanks for looking by the way I used hickory pellets for my smoke.
