I had my first on my ECB gourmet electric. I had read alot of how hot they ran, and when curing I did see very high temps. So today I filled the water bowl while heating up. I don't know if it helped or not. Still my temps stayed pretty consistant at around 240-245 for the entire smoke. Still a littel warmer than I would have liked. Regarless of temp, they were some fall off da bone good baby backs!!

Man those looks good. I guess That 250* average I posted in your other thread is about right then. Nice job!
 
Yeah, it was right in there the whole time.... they lasted all of about twenty on the dinner table... lol
