No, the smoker is a Masterbuilt Smokehouse 3-Rack Electric Smoker w/ Thermostat. Bought from QVC last August for $136.38 + shipping.

80/20 ground beef.

Used a Gander Mountain summer sausage kit.

My son is a trained chef.
