Smoked Garlic and Herb Pork Tenderloins

Decided to fire up the new smoker...been awhile since I smoked anything with the move, new job, etc. Limited on time today, so went with something easy. Came out pretty good. Slowly getting the new smoker dialed in...

Ready to go

Man o' man, those babies look mighty tasty! If it ever quits raining in my neck of the woods I have some tenderloins that are begging for a nice hot bath in the TBS.

Thanks to all. They came preseasoned. Dialing in the new smoker....Going to be good on some sammies tomorrow.
