This morning we fired up the freezer/smoker conversion for our maiden voyage in smoking. We have a couple 4 lb Boston Butts and a rack of Babyback's. We used Jeff's Naked Rub recipe on everything. Have a few pic's of the wares before entering the smoker, and some of the beautiful smoke, and one with my thermometer reading optimal temp of 230 degrees.
