Hi guys, getting ready to smoke a rack of BB's tommorrow for my daughter. Was wondering if there is a pictorial on trimming them to get them ready to smoke? Any help is appreciated.

Baby backs generally do not need trimming. Just pull the membrane from the back side. In the middle of the rack use a spoon handle to work between the membrane and the meat. slowly work it across to the other side using the spoon and fingers. Than just pull to the left than to the right. I wish I had picks I am doing a rack right now.

About the only trimming you do to BB ribs is,get the silver skin off the back side. Here is a ok video for this, the rest of it is just ok at best.

Thank You very much for the info, the BB's I picked up are real meaty on the top side of the bone, didn't know if there was extra meat/fat in this area that needed to be trimmed.
