try some smoked corn on the cob con queso

i like this so much better than cholula. you can peel back the husk and mix it with butter and put it on the corn then wrap it up before you smoke it. also why not rub a butt or chuckie down with it? use it as a bird bath?

Ohh I'm likin the corn idea!..Benn seeing the fresh corn come outi n the markets lately.
I thought about using it as a marinade/sauce itself but I wanted to go a bit further.. good ideas so far...

Hmmm...do you just lay some cheese in the husk for the corn con queso? interesting..
