This is my first brisket smoke. Sorry I didn't get any prep pics. Using Jeff's rub & Ronp's method. Got pecan makin the TBS. By the way, this is a 12.75 # piece of meat. This pic is after I put it in the smoker. More to come...
 
And what time do I show up for dinner?

I have yet to do a brisket but I think its about time. I work overnite so im use to being up at nite so. This saturday its time. I have been inspired, you have inspired me. Oh great pics

Dang I had forgotten how clean a new MES looks inside after it's burn in. lol The brisket sure looks good!
