Leftovers Night-Chuckie and Pulled Pork TACOS QView

Cooked up some chuck and a butt a few weeks back. Vac & froze the majority of it in 2-person portions.

First we did the Pulled Pork Pizza, so the other night we did Chuckie and Pulled Pork Tacos.

Chuckie on the left. PP on the right


Lightly fried up a few white corn tortillas with a dollup of Daisy sour cream, and the Mrs. made some spanish rice


A little cheese on top and some El Pato and they were done


I love having meat in the freezer for stuff like this. We had never had pulled pork tacos, and they were my wife's favorite...the sweet taste of the pork/rub mixed with the El Pato was surprisingly good.

looking good- There are so many ways to reuse pp. and they are all tasty.

People at work look at me a bit funny when I am having hard boiled eggs and pp with tabasco at 8 am-

More for me!

Sounds good to me. Nothing wrong with leftovers for a quick meal. Looks good man.

I didn't think it was leftovers if it was frozen. Just an opportunity for a second chance at the first time.

Great job. I love PP tacos. We always add a little pico de gallo.

I've always liked the thinner/runny salsa just because I'm not a big fan of cilantro.
