Hey everybody my name is Rob from IN and have been looking around for awhile trying to figure out what kind of smoker to buy. I bought a char griller pro with side firebox. I havent done any mods yet but planning on it, the only thing i've done was turn the ash box upside down in the main chamber to act as a tunning plate. I am new to smoking meat and i am trying to learn everything i can. I have done my first smoke as of this weekend, I done a 5# pork butt with some dry rub on it turned out better than expected i do have some pics i'll post.
