Hey everyone, Steve here from Queens, NY.
I've been grilling for over 20 years, including at NY Giants football homegames, usually 8 to 15 people. Also, when at family and friends parties I am the one doing the grilling.
Last summer I bought a new grill, the char-griller duo combo, half gas, half charcoal, and I love it. 2 weeks ago I added the side fire box. Last sunday I smoked my first ever pork butt, 8 pounder. After getting the ecourse from Jeff, and ordering and making his rub and BBQ sauce the butt was absolutely incredible. Had some family over and all agreed it was possibly the best pulled pork we ever had. Used lump wood charcoal and hickory chunks for smoke. I hope it wasn't beginners luck.
Other hobbies, Cigars, my Harley, bicycle riding with my seven year old daughter.
