not sure if pork is the right tribute as it probably helped ron and those arteries to begin with, a little ironic but it tastes good!!!

Thanks for the thoughts. No, I don't eat that much Q,at least not an overload. I make it mostly for Carol and other folks.

o k ron been marinading for three days in yoshidas
got this morning and put it in, gonna make some nice BBQ sandwiches later

Had five of my sons friends spend the night so i also made some sausage and gravy english muffins to get em moving

got my help ready to go

angioplasty been down that road i just add lots of jalapeƱos to the pork keeps the blood pumpen icon_smile.gif
a Serrano every now and then too!!!!

allright finally got to 195 and took it off 9 hours
had a pot of baked beans in with it
