And the brisket and pork shoulder were all rubbed down waiting for the Saturday smoke:

And I'll smoke them while tackling item #531 of the honeydo list:

...tiling the side entrance. Although, we're cheating and using press on tile, not the real thing. icon_mrgreen.gif

I didn't want the monster pics from my camera to throw the board formatting out the window. So I just linked the thumbnails from photobucket.

And the finished product in it's full glory.

Pulled pork, lightly sauced:

The brisket 1/2 pulled, 1/2 sliced. We're going to have brisket tacos later in the week.

Mostly, but we ran out of tile. So Monday I'll have to get some more and finish off the vertical face of the steps. Plus, some liquid nails because nothing is straight in an older house, and some of the tiles don't want to stay stuck on the vertical side. At any rate, it looks way better than it did before!

Meat looks GREAT Erik !PDT_Armataz_01_37.gif

I did quite a few floors (sideline) in the last 40 years. I never trusted the sticky-backed tiles. If I got them because they were cheaper, or because the customer liked the pattern, I used to lay adhesive anyway.
