I had never heard of a Fatty before joining this forum....but after reading about them I had to try. Might as well do two at once since the smoker is hot.

One is hash browns, hickory smoked cheddar and turkey.
The other is hash browns, hickory smoked cheddar and cranberries.

Thanks I was little worried about the cranberries but they taste great. Add just a little sweet/tart. Whole berries from a bag.

at ya for the 1st try that looked pro.

Man those look great and you soon will be the talk of the block if one of those just happens to get out in the hands of your neighbors. I bet they tasted great oo. Now one thing I did notice is when you are finished rolling on the bacon weaveyou should wrap them in saran wrap an then old onto the ends tightly and spin the fattie away from you causing the saran wrap to tighten and it will compact everything and make a really nice looking roll and then pput them into the refrig overnight and then smoke them. Just a hint but you sure do earn

for your frst of many fatties.
