Hi Guys and Gals, just spoke with my Pops down in Florida. His horseshoe club is having a cookout for 100 people. The guy in charge of purchasing the food got a deal on some bone in pork chops. The old man knows that sometimes they get real tough when they are grilled. I told him I would try and get some info for him. What do you think about a marinade for the chops or any information to help him pull this off. Thanks in advance, I need to get back to him by Thursday(3/25). Thanks Aaron
