Need some help with picking out the right thermemeter for inside my smoker AND a meat thermometer. I have a Horizon Marshall 20.

Many use an ET 73 Maverick. I use ET 7 one for the meat and one for the grate.

I echo exactly what Ron said. I wanted an ET73, but my wife got me an ET7 instead. I use it just like an 73, one probe meat, one for smoker temp.

Gotta love em! I've been using these for almost 2 years and I'm a happy camper. The reason for this post is because last weekend I dropped one of them in my grease bucket that was 3/4 full of water and 1/4 full of grease! Two days later, (today) I put the batteries back in and it's working perfectly. YEA!! Also, the support is great. I cut a probe wire in half and they sent me another for about 5 bucks! The link below is a low, low price and worth every penny. I use mine each and every week and they are very accurate and TOUGH!!
