In a blender mix olive oil ,garlic and parsley
Brush the shrimp with the mixture

for the tomato

mix freh cut basil and olive oil

As a main course, I have smoked pork loin

with fresh cut fries

For Dessert

banana with rum
place the bananas on the grill, and grill until they are black

cut them open and pour some sugar in,and sip a rum
and now eat with a spoon

Our friends were happy ,so also the cook of service

for a great looking dinner!

Looks great Geert,
Do I have to come all the way to Belgium to get a taste?---->

Does it help if I speak a "little" Dutch?----"Very little".
Probably a bit different than your Dutch. Mine is "Pennsylvania Dutch".
My father-in-law used to teach it (night school).

Thanks for showing a great meal,
Bearcarver

Looks great! I wish you had some pics of the shrimp and the tomatoes. I am 50/50 Belguim/Ukranian and a little Italian by association. The only Belgian food I really make are some cookies called Luken Cookies made one at atime with an Iron on the stove. -Keep Cooking

Geert that is one great looking meal - my kind of food too!! I also love bananna desserts - The shrimp and tomatoes looked great. Points - the icon is missing but I will give them anyway

Try this one next time
Cut the banannas into bite size pieces and cook the banannas in some brown sugar until warmed thru then add some rum and flambe and serve over ice cream -- I think this is a version of Banannas Foster but not sure

Very nice there Geert. I always ahve to see what you are doing for you always come up with some really good recipes for a great meal. I do like the banana thingy too.

I really like that flambe banana thing too.

Who would have ever thought that "Bananas" could be done on a grill?

Looks Great!
