Well I started my 8lb butt yesterday afternoon due to some severe storm warnings for our area today and Sunday. It did great but then it hit a 150 stall for 2 hours, I just waited it out and did not mess with the heat. It took off and ran great till it hit 170 and it stalled again. The las stall lasted for about an hour then it was off and running again. All in all it was just a bit over 14 hours at 250. I used peach and apple for smoke and stopped the smoke at 170, that was at 1am and just did not want to load up the basket again.
