Hello all, formally Pork Smoker, have not posted much so thought I would add my weekend's cook.
A Johnsonville Fatty with Cheddar, Brown Sugar, Onions and Yellow Peppers with a little Salt-n-Pepper and of course wrapped in Bacon. Done on the Egg
