It all started approx 2 years ago......... Chuckie was born..........


A few years later (early in the morning), I entered the picture



Time to wake up a little bit........


Here is a picture of Chuckie about to fulfill his destiny.........


After a long talk (about an hour at room temp), I told him what I expected from him and he now understands that he will be brought to 210 degrees and must stay juicy.....


He is very happy in his spa right now at a comfortable 230 degrees


It is now 5:00am and time for me to refuel..... This is my newest smoke.....
(gotta be worth points......????????)

Here he is 3 hrs in and just having his first shower.

That's looking real good so far. I see you actually started back in July of 2007, yet only have 38 posts. I guess it took longer than you thought to get that chuckie to the stage it's at this morning!

Also, I'm surprised that out of that whole herd, all you ended up with is one lonely chuck roast.

Just yankin' your chain this morning.

Looking forward to the finished chuckie.

His name was Chuckie.... The final chapter....

Here is Chuckie taking a dip in his hot tub.


He started to prune up and shrivel after about 1.5 hours in the oven at 240 degrees.


He wrapped a few towels and a cup of liquid around himself and went to bed for a few hours.


Chuckies #1 fan is patiently waiting


Chuckie in full form with his juices of love in the background


Chuckie sacrificed his life for my family. We will never forget him (because he tasted soooooo goooood)


Thank you Chuckie....


My family thanks you.....
