First time, Long time in Florida

Thread Starter
Finally saying hello here in the Roll Call.

Been reading this forum for about a year or so.
Learned a TON of info and spent hours and hours at night pouring through the threads.

Started smoking many years ago strictly cold-smoking fish (mackerel-Spanish & King, bluefish, amberjack) on a couple of Little Chiefs with bags of wood chips.
Got an electric bullet type about a year ago and did a bunch of butts on that.
Inherited an old beat-up New Braunfels sfb that I started out using propane with and recently been working at controlling charcoal and then strictly wood for burning.

Just took a big step and after much too much research and reading, I have on order a 24x54 sfb 2-door unit from Craig of Bellfab in Oklahoma. Freight should be picking up tomorrow - can barely sleep nights in anticipation biggrin.gif. Will post pics and Q view in due time.

Thanks to all for so much info and helpfulness over the past year ! And thanks to the Bellfab owners here!
Look forward to joining in now.

How to post Qview to Forum:

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

Everyone here enjoys seeing the Qview so be sure to post plenty of pics...

Large ones that us old people with bad eyes can see.
