Greetings from Northern Utah

Thread Starter
Hi All,
I'm totally new to the smoking game but decided to give it a try this summer.
My wife and I are both retired, in my case I flew helicopters for twenty years in the USAF, my wife retired from the state of Utah.
I purchased a Brinkman propane smoker last month but haven't cooked anything in it yet accept for the first burn off to see if it operated OK.
I'll have a ton of questions for you guys when we get started.
Thanks in advance for your help !!

How to post Qview to Forum:

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

Everyone here enjoys seeing the Qview so be sure to post plenty of pics...

Large ones that us old people with bad eyes can see.
