Yea I hear you guys up there really have to plan your smokes manI hate to rub it in but we just have to run out to the outdorr kitchen (below) and start smoking/grilling. But your ribs look great so far.

Its pretty easy to smoke here in arkansas too. Hardest part is to not get drunk and forget your meat, but thats the beauty of slow cooking. If your meat is forgotten when you finally discover it there fall of the bone tender. Beautiful set of ribs by the way

Good looking ribs SmokeRican, nice glaze, good looking pull back, nice color. I have two problems, I can't smell em or eat them.

Those look just about right, I bet they had a slight tug off the bone from the pic. That's a hard part to master. Cograts.

Those ribs look as if they are dressed to go to the Oscars, wearing all that bling. I had to cover my eyes to keep out the sparkle. Nice looking ribs. Great job. PDT_Armataz_01_37.gif

Thats hilarious Cwalk, Its happened to me the last couple of smokes, fall asleep then wake up and the chicken is beautiful!!

Thanks to all. Those bling bling ribs were delicious (camera flash reflection off the aluminum foil). Smoked it at about 225-250 with cherry wood chips for the first 2.5 hrs., foiled with apple juice for about 1.75 hrs., removed foil for another 1.5 hrs. applying Sweet Baby Rays Hickory & Brown Sugar sauce for the last 30 min. The hard part was letting them rest for about 15 minutes. They had a slight tug to them but they pulled cleanly off the bone! icon_biggrin.gif Sorry no pics when they were served. smokerican those are some good looking ribs there, and i like your oven thermometer you have on that smoker, (good idea),
