Thanks to all. Those bling bling ribs were delicious (camera flash reflection off the aluminum foil). Smoked it at about 225-250 with cherry wood chips for the first 2.5 hrs., foiled with apple juice for about 1.75 hrs., removed foil for another 1.5 hrs. applying Sweet Baby Rays Hickory & Brown Sugar sauce for the last 30 min. The hard part was letting them rest for about 15 minutes. They had a slight tug to them but they pulled cleanly off the bone!
