Actually makin the bacon is the easy part. It findin a cold spot in the refer for it. With that much bacon yr makin I would think you almost need a walkin refer. Makin the bacon isn't such a bad job, it just a little sticky. I got 5 relatives who went together for this, It coast them 20 bucks a side. Used Mrs. Butterworths pancake syrup (4 cups) with 1 lb of brown sugar to thicken it up a bit. Can't afford the maple syrup or honey so am tryin this mix instead. Also rubbed some liquid smoke on the meat part for some extra goodness. Here in dutch country we like our stuff smokey.
