smoke a londron broil steak ?

they are thick , wondering how it would work out smoking it for a hour at 180 then throwing on a hot grill to finish. any input ?

They are great smoked..I usualy sear mine first for a couple minutes on each side and then smoke @ around 225 till it hits 135-140 internal temp..Then thin slice against the grain...Happy smokesicon_mrgreen.gif

That's the way I do it. I take it to 115' then sear.

What he said ^^^^ Mike knows what he's talking about. I too like them for taco's and fajitas too.
