Hi, my name is Jeff. I live in Santa Fe Texas which is halfway between Houston and Galveston. I live here with my wife and 16 yo daughter and various pets. I have been smoking and grillin for years. I mainly BBQ for family and friends, but I also belong to a cook off team that does the circuit here in Galveston County.I have a Texas Smoker sfb offset smoker, a Cajun injector stainless electric smoke box, and a big ol Members Mark stainless propane grill. Oh yeah cant forget about the Ole Smokey and the mini Webber kettle we use when camping.
I have been lurking on this forum for a while now and truly enjoy how helpful and supportive everyone is! I look forward to learning some new things and also will help out if I can.

You'll like it here cause there are abunch of good folks here that would just love to help you out with just about anything to do with smoking. We really like to have newbies here because they can bring in a new propective to how things are done. Here's a link to photobucket it's free and easy to download pictures. Then if your really new to smoking Look up the E-course.

How to post Qview to Forum:

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

Large ones that us old people with bad eyes can see.
