Santa Fe Texas
Hi, my name is Jeff. I live in Santa Fe Texas which is halfway between Houston and Galveston. I live here with my wife and 16 yo daughter and various pets. I have been smoking and grillin for years. I mainly BBQ for family and friends, but I also belong to a cook off team that does the circuit here in Galveston County.I have a Texas Smoker sfb offset smoker, a Cajun injector stainless electric smoke box, and a big ol Members Mark stainless propane grill. Oh yeah cant forget about the Ole Smokey and the mini Webber kettle we use when camping.
I have been lurking on this forum for a while now and truly enjoy how helpful and supportive everyone is! I look forward to learning some new things and also will help out if I can.

Jeff

Howdy, welcome to the SMF!!

There's a fund raiser BBQ cook-off going on not too far from you at the end of the month. I'm not competing but will be there to enjoy the smoke. Stop on by if you get the chance.
