Hello everyone. Alan is my name.
I am originally from Texas and now live in Kentucky
I was reffered to this site from a member of ZS.
I am thinking about getting into smoking meats as a hobby.
I am looking to build me a small SmokeHouse this spring.
I don't know much about smoking and will probably waste alot of meats while learning
