New To Smoking Meats

Thread Starter
Hello everyone. Alan is my name.
I am originally from Texas and now live in Kentucky
I was reffered to this site from a member of ZS.
I am thinking about getting into smoking meats as a hobby.
I am looking to build me a small SmokeHouse this spring.
I don't know much about smoking and will probably waste alot of meats while learning icon_mad.gif but that is all the fun and aggrevation in learning something new icon_smile.gif
I would appreciate any and all advice from members as to what works best for them as to get some ideas for my self.

How to post Qview to Forum:

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

Everyone here enjoys seeing the Qview so be sure to post plenty of pics...

Large ones that us old people with bad eyes can see.
