Another new guy here...

Hey guys, my name is James from Boaz Alabama. I am just learning the art of smoking. I have been grilling for years, but just got interested in smoking. I just bought my first smoker, a char-griller pro with a side fire box. I have already made some modifications to it, such as thermo's on front with a digital meat thermo. I have been browsing the site for a few weeks. I liked it so much I thought I would join b/c of all the great info from everyone and of course, I love BBQ. I am married with a 3 yr old son, and the wife is 31 weeks pregnant with our first daughter. I guess thats enough info, so any advice with the smoker I have would be appreciated.

How to post Qview to Forum:

When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...

Everyone here enjoys seeing the Qview so be sure to post plenty of pics...

Large ones that us old people with bad eyes can see.
